Pre-Grant Application Questionnaire
To begin the grant application process, please submit this completed form to your school principal. After your principal reviews the form, it will be returned to you with a copy submitted to the HPSF. If the principal signs off on the concept, the next step is to complete the full application form.
Once your Pre-Grant Application Questionnaire has been approved by your principal, please continue the process by completing the full Grant Application. Grant applications are due DECEMBER 1, MARCH 1, and JUNE 1. Hard copies may be submitted to Hopkinton Public Schools Foundation, c/o SAU 66, 204 Maple Street, Contoocook, NH 03229 or electronically to email@example.com.
